Bullworker Pro is a hand-held piece of exercise equipment that will work your entire body, including the back, abs, obliques, biceps, triceps, shoulders, thighs, calves, and more. It is suitable for both men and women. The device has been tailor-made for isometric exercises, ones during which you compress it and hold a certain position for seven seconds. However, you can use it for quicker traditional repetitions too.

How It Works

When you do isometric exercises with the Bullworker Pro, you’ll be able to build strength at a faster pace than you would doing traditional repetitive exercises like curls and flys. To make doing isometric exercises easier for you, the device has a built-in Smart Timer that starts counting after you compress it. After seven seconds, it will beep, giving you the signal to stop holding the position. The product has three interchangeable springs, including one for each type of user: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. These offer resistance levels from one to 100 pounds.

  1. Home
  2. Since the Bullworker Pro is small and portable, you can use it in any room of your house or apartment. If you tend to get bored while doing your exercises, in front of the television is an ideal spot.

  3. Travel
  4. The device is small enough to fit in a fairly large suitcase, so you won't need to miss a workout while you're away from home. You can easily use the device in a hotel room or even at a campsite.

  5. Office
  6. If you find yourself with a few minutes of downtime at work, just pull out the Bullworker Pro and do a few exercises. The product can easily be stored under a desk or in a large drawer.

  7. Outdoors
  8. If you have to watch your kids playing outside, or are simply tired of being indoors, take the Bullworker Pro outside and complete your workout there. You can even sit on a lawn chair or park bench and do some isometrics.
