Wonder Core is a compact exercise machine that will allow you to work your entire core, along with other parts of your body, all in the same session. It’s suitable for males and females of all ages, regardless of size and experience level when it comes to exercise. When you use it, you’ll end up strengthening your back, chest, arms, shoulders, thighs, and buns, in addition to your abdominals.

How It Works

This device has concealed interlocking springs and adjustable resistance dials on each side. Each dial can be adjusted to provide between 24 and 48 pounds of resistance—just turn the dial down to decrease the resistance, and up to increase it. Due to the fact that there’s resistance on each side of the machine, you can alternate sides while doing your exercises without wasting time. Using a low level of resistance and doing a high number of repetitions will make you leaner, while using a higher resistance level with less repetitions will enhance your muscles. You may also prefer to turn up the resistance when you’re working one of your strongest muscles, and turn it down while working one of your weaker areas.

  1. Working Out At Home
  2. Using your Wonder Core means that you'll no longer need to spend the time driving or otherwise traveling to the gym. You can perform all six exercises included on the DVDs that come with the machine anywhere in your home, even in front of the television.

  3. Working Out While Traveling
  4. The Wonder Core is small enough to fit in a large suitcase when folded up. Therefore, if you go on a business trip or on vacation, you can bring it along and pull it out to use anywhere, such as at a hotel or campsite.

  5. Pilates
  6. In addition to using the Wonder Core to do the exercises that it's been designed for, you can also use it during other exercise routines you might do, like Pilates.

I have been using it for several months consistently and have seen positive results. It's convenient, effective for results as advertised, and versatile. I absolutely love it.

The Wonder Core helps you do the exercises rather than makes them more difficult. I can no longer do sit ups due to disability but I can with its help. Only had mine a couple of weeks so can't tell the long term effects yet - but it does seem good for older people.

Bad Service

It's been a month since I ordered this product and I don't have it yet. I've been calling their hotline to follow up and no one's picking up.

Works great!

Juana Lucia | South Amboy, NJ | 21 Dec 2014

After a few weeks on the Wonder Core, I am starting to see some definition on my abs. It really works. Once you have mastered the moves though it can be boring so you just have to make them more challenging.

Can get old quickly

Abby Counts | Clinton, IN | 21 Dec 2014

It works but there's not a lot you can do on it so it can get old or boring quickly.

Not worth it

James Roy | Bellville, TX | 18 Dec 2014

I thought of giving it a try then gave up. There's no way it can target your abdominal muscles. You won't get a 6-pack from using this junk.

Skeptical at first

Bruce Samia | Palos Heights, IL | 17 Dec 2014

I wasn't really hopeful with this ab machine because I am a workout junkie. Plus, most of the exercise equipment they sell online don't really work. I've been proven wrong by Wonder Core because it really works. With this, I have additional ab routines so my workouts never gets boring. I like it to fatigue my abs at the end of a workout.

Good machine

Mary Daily | Scotts Valley, CA | 16 Dec 2014

If you can't go to the gym to do a proper workout, it is a good enough alternative. It works only the abs though so you have to add other routines to get a full-body workout.

Nah, doesn't work

Cris Shivers | Greensboro, NC | 15 Dec 2014

If you're a beginner, you might find it useful but not for long. It's not challenging enough to give your core a good workout.
